HOME SWEET townHOME

Rentals in St. Augustine are somewhat limited and for those that are available, they are either too expensive for what they are or just were not what we were looking for. However, after spending countless hours searching the internet, newspapers, magazines, and various other resources, Robbie and I have finally found our first place!

The townhome is located off of SR16, right near the outlet malls. This could mean trouble! However, it is a location we could not turn down. It is about 7 miles from my school and has easy access to I-95 for Robbie. The townhome itself is brand new. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit and has the perfect amount of space we need. The kitchen has 42" cabinets and is equipped with all new Whirlpool appliances. Washer and dryer is included, we have a garage for storage, and a large porch for grilling out. The community itself has a clubhouse with a pool, a full sized soccer field, basketball courts, softball fields, tennis courts, playgrounds, and picnic areas.

Our official move-in date is July 1st! I will be living there by myself throughout my first semester and Robbie will continue to live in Jacksonville. After our much anticipated wedding day and honeymoon, he will join me in our very own HOME SWEET townHOME!
